CECO is involved in the chemical tanker market through its ownership in the Oslo stock-listed Eitzen Chemical (ECHEM).  Eitzen Chemical acts as ship owners, operators and managers, and is one of the largest chemical shipowning companies in the world based on the number of vessels.

CECO is also involved in the maritime service market through its ownership in the Oslo stock-listed Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (EMS).  EMS offers a full range of ship management, ship supply, and insurance broker services from a worldwide organisation.

CECO  traces its origins back to 1883 and continues a long tradition of experience, dedication, and high ethical standards. CECO aims to provide cost efficient, innovative, shipping related services for its customers, and develops new business opportunities through mergers and acquisitions.
